Week 14

14 Weeks-January 13, 2009

So I am finally all caught up!! I'm sure you all are so sick of reading these posts. So sorry but it is important to me!! This week came and went pretty fast. Jim told me the other day that he could feel my stomach now when he gave me a hug! I guess I may be starting to show!! I have told a few people at work but a lot of people still don't know. How do you tell your male bosses that you are pregnant? That is really uncomfortable. I was hoping that maybe they would just find out from other people in the office. Of course what they say is always true: "Bad News always spreads faster than Good News."

As you can see from the picture below, a little bump is starting to form! Only 6 more weeks and we get to find out the sex!

Baby rose is a......Lemon!

Your adorable little fetus is busy with thumb sucking, toe wiggling, and (not so cute but equally amazing) making urine and breathing amniotic fluid as the liver, kidneys and spleen continue to develop. Lanugo (thin, downy hair) is growing all over the body for warmth.

What a cute little hairy baby!
