This weekend was a blast! I mean how could it get any better....Halloween on a Saturday!! Friday night my best friend Michelle and her husband Eric drove up from STL for the weekend. They arrived pretty late on Friday so Jim and I watched a movie while waiting for them to come. We ended up watching the second Transformers movie. I don't even know what the real title of the movie is but it really doesn't matter beacuse it was that bad. I enjoyed the first one so I had pretty high expectations for the second. It was so cheezy, the acting was awful and the movie was just plain long....I would like to have those 2.5 hours back of my life!
Saturday morning Jim and I made breakfast for our guests. My husband made the best french toast. I didn't know he had it in him. We decided to take it easy during the day since we had a long night ahead of us!! The Halloween festivities started at West End for dinner, followed by a pre-party at our house before the big Red-Eye Halloween party. A bunch of our friends came over to get ready and I took some pics! Everyone had really creative/funny costumes.
The Red-Eye Halloween party has become a tradition with all of our friends. This is our fourth year going and it never gets old! I mean seriously, who can pass up an all you can drink, eat and bowl package for the night?? Just take a look at the pictures below...we had a blast!! Can't wait for next Halloween!!
