As you all know, we are expecting our second child due June 30th! Well, we find out on Monday if we are having a boy or girl! I am so excited and can't wait to find out if Caden is going to be a big brother to a sister or a brother. Jim and I find ourselves calling the baby a boy only because that is what we are used to! I have a feeling it may be a girl but I don't know if I am feeling that way because my pregnancy has been a little different or if I really just want a girl!
Don't get me wrong, I would love to have another little boy but every mom dreams of having a little girl! Either way, a happy, healthy baby is all we want!
With the addition of another to our family, we have/will have officially outgrown our two bedroom condo in the city. If you have been around me for the last year, you have probably heard me say a million times that I can not wait to move out of our condo into a house. All I want is space!!! I don't want a big house with 4 bedrooms. I just want to move to a house that has doors on the bedrooms (we currently live in a loft) and a backyard for the dog and kids to play in! So with that said, we are starting our house search in the south suburbs where we both grew up! Yes, we are going back to our roots but we both loved where we grew up and wouldn't want it any other way. Plus it will be an added bonus to have both grandparents within a 5-10 minute drive!
With this horrible market place we are in right now, we are stuck with renting out our condo. Lucky for us, the renting market is really hot in the city so I'm hoping that we can get someone in on June 1st! Yes, you heard me right! We are going to move out just 30 days before I am due! Am I CrAzY??? I think so but the convenience to work and the amazingly awesome nanny I have, we really didn't want to move any sooner!
So here starts our crazy journey of moving our family and settling into a home that we can hopefully stay in for some time! Very exciting stuff to say the least!!
So with that said, I will keep you all posted on the sex of the baby Rose II and our house hunt! Wish us luck that baby is healthy on Monday and that we find the house of our dreams (haha)!

Best of luck! I'll never forget how excited I was to find out we were having a boy and that he was healthy... one of the best days of my life, actually. Couldn't stop smiling all day!
