Happy First Birthday Caden! (and a picture overload)

Yes, that is right! My little baby boy is 1!!! His birthday was on Tuesday! I can’t believe that it has been a year already. I feel like it was yesterday that I was walking around the park hoping and wishing that it was time for you to join us! This year has been the most amazing year of my life. You have taught me so much and I can never picture my life without you. You are the sweetest, most loving, cuddly little boy. You bring a smile to my face every single day and you make waking up in the morning to greet you the best moment of my day.

We are so proud to be your parents, Caden! God has truly blessed us with you! You are an angel sent from above!

Your Birthday was such a special day! We spent most of the day at the pool playing in the water. You loved the water so much and even got a little daring by trying to run in the kiddie pool. (Yes, Caden is walking! Has been now for almost a month!) You may have taken in some water but that did not stop you from wanting to get in for more! We topped the day off by going out to dinner and then a big cupcake for dessert! You loved every bite of the cupcake. I wouldn't be surprised if your poor little tummy hurt after all of the sugar. Speaking of sugar, you had the biggest sugur rush right before bed. You were a manic little baby running around the house screaming!

I can't wait for the rest of the family to celebrate your first year! Your b-day party is right around the corner and I'm sure you will be spoiled with more presents and cake!
